Land Exchange definition

Land Exchange has the meaning set out in section 3.1;
Land Exchange means an exchange of land pursuant to Part 3, Division 6 of the Land Code;
Land Exchange means the transfer of the County Property from County to City in exchange for the transfer of the City Property from City to County.
