Land Use District definition

Land Use District means an area as described in Schedule C and shown in Schedule A of this Land Use Bylaw;

Land Use District means an area as shown in Part 9 of this Land Use Bylaw;

Land Use District means a district created under Iowa Code chapter 303, subchapter IV.

Examples of Land Use District in a sentence

Indicate existing and proposed General Plan Land Use District of project.
Indicate General Plan Land Use District classification on all adjacent property including across any streets.
Do not provide this in formation if your project only involves a Zone or Land Use District Change, a General Plan Amendment, sphere of influence change or annexation.

Each zone provides for a specific type of use within a Land Use District and sets the parameters for its siting and construction.
