Language specialist definition

Language specialist means a high school or above language in- structor who possesses a BA or higher academic degree majoring in lan- guage/linguistics studies of any language.
Language specialist means one who practices interpretation, translation, or any other language service.
Language specialist means a regular, bargaining-unit CELCIS instructor, with a workload as defmed in Article 12.
