Large amount definition

Large amount means one of the followings depending on the provision of services by such consultant, etc. to our company.
Large amount means the case where the amount of money, etc. he/she has obtained from ADEKA as an individual person in the past three (3) fiscal years on average exceeds 10,000,000 JPY, or the case where the amount of consideration ADEKA has paid to any organization to which he/she belongs in the past three (3) fiscal years on average exceeds two percent (2%) of the amount of gross sales or gross income of said organization.
