Large Stockholder definition

Large Stockholder means a Person that is the Beneficial Owner of more than ten percent (10%) of the outstanding shares of Common Stock on a Fully Diluted Basis.
Large Stockholder means, as of the Effective Date, each of (i) SP and (ii) CG.

  • Common Stockholder means the employee of, consultant to, or director of the Company or other person to whom shares of Common Stock are issued pursuant to this Plan.

  • Transferring Shareholder has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Scheme Shareholder means a person who is registered in the Register as the holder of one or more Scheme Shares as at the Record Date.
