Late deliveries definition

Late deliveries means physical deliveries of feed to a farm er after the expiration date of the purchase order, but not later than six months after such date: Provided, Th at the purchase order was transferred by the farm er to the dealer before its expiration date as part payment on an agreement to purchase such feeds and the dealer allowed the farmer credit for the applicable value of the purchase order.
