Cubic Metre means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic metre when such gas is at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, and at a pressure of 101.325 kilopascals absolute;
Late Payment Rate As defined in the Insurance Agreement.
Successor Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.
Occupancy Rate means, for any Property, the percentage of the rentable area of such Property occupied by bona fide tenants of such Property or leased by tenants pursuant to bona fide tenant Leases, in each case, which tenants are not more than 60 days past due in the payment of all rent or other similar payments due under such Leases and paying rent.
Diversity Score means, as of any day, a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth in Schedule 7 hereto, as such Diversity Scores shall be updated at the option of the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion if Xxxxx’x publishes revised criteria.
SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.
Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.
Second Level Domain “Second Level Domain” has the meaning given to it in this paragraph. “URL” means a web address, including the “http://” and any material appearing after a slash in the address. “Domain Name” means a URL, less the “http://” and any material appearing to the right of the next slash (‘/’) in the address. (So for example, in the URL “Xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/homepage.html”, the Domain Name is “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Top Level Domain” means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).
Altitude means the vertical distance of a level, a point or an object considered as a point, measured from mean sea level (MSL);
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
Late Payment means any amount that is due and payable by law under a written procurement contract, without deferral, delay, or set-off under COMAR 21.02.07.03, and remains unpaid more than 45 days after an agency receives a Proper Invoice.
Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.
Late Fee If you don’t pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date, we will charge you a late fee. o The fee is $27.00 if you were not charged a late fee during any of the prior six billing periods.
Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.
Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.
Uptime means the time period when specified services are available with specified technical and service standards as mentioned in section titled WARRANTY SUPPORT” "%Uptime" means ratio of 'up time' (in minutes) as mentioned in section titled “Warranty support”
No Observable Acute Effect Level or "(NOAEL)" means any concentration equal to or less than the critical test concentration in a single concentration (pass/fail) toxicity test, conducted pursuant to Section 22a-430-3(j)(7)(A)(i) of the RCSA, demonstrating 90% or greater survival of test organisms at the CTC.
LIBOR Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;
Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.
Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.
Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.
