Diversity Score definition

Diversity Score means a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth on Schedule C hereto.

Diversity Score means, as of any day, a single number that indicates Collateral Asset concentration in terms of both Obligor and industry concentration, calculated as set forth in Schedule 8, as such diversity scores shall be updated at the mutual agreement of the Administrative Agent and the Borrower if MSCI Inc. publishes revised criteria.
