Launch Manifest definition

Launch Manifest means the Contractor’s listing of contracted and scheduled launch services for commercial, civil and military customers, as reported from time-to-time to Customer in accordance with Section 5.5. Launch Opportunity means the availability of a time period in which a Launch can be performed, as applicable, in the Contractor manifest for the Launch(es) of the Satellite Batches, based upon these criteria: (i) adequate time period during which Contractor can make the necessary preparations for and perform a Launch; (ii) the requirements and interests of the Customer; (iii) Contractor’s existing and prospective customer commitments in accordance with Section 5.5; and (iv) the manifest guidelines specified in Section 5.4.
Launch Manifest means the Contractor’s listing of contracted and scheduled launch services for commercial, civil and military customers, as reported from time-to-time to Customer in accordance with Section 5.4 (Contractor Provision of Manifest-Related Information).
Launch Manifest means the agreed-to Launch Periods and Launch Slots of all ARIANESPACE customers, including CUSTOMER. Launch Opportunity means the availability to CUSTOMER of a Satellite position within a Launch Period or Launch Slot for a Launch on a Launch Vehicle provided that the other allocated satellite(s) have a launch mission and a satellite mission compatible with that of CUSTOMER’s Satellite in accordance with Part 1 of Annex 1 to this Agreement. Such availability is linked to the time required to complete the mission analysis studies and to select the Launch Vehicle/Satellite configuration.

Examples of Launch Manifest in a sentence

  • In the event of a manifest conflict, Contractor shall manage its manifest in accordance with the launch schedule prioritization policy set forth in this Section 6.3 (Launch Manifest Policy).

  • The following attachments are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and shall be an integral part of this Agreement: (a) Exhibit A, Defined Terms; (b) Exhibit B, Statement of Work; (c) Exhibit C, Form of Cross-Waiver; (d) Exhibit D, Interface Control Document; and (e) Exhibit E, Launch Manifest Priority.

  • The Launch Manifest, shall be considered Proprietary Information pursuant to Article 19 (Confidentiality) herein and will be used by Customer only for the purpose of managing Customer’s rights and obligations under this Contract.

  • Such Launch Manifest will not be required to reflect the names of Contractor’s customers or any other Proprietary Information of Contractor not applicable to Customer.

  • Commercial Launch means the first commercial sale in the Territory of the Product by Par, its Affiliate or a permitted sublicensee, as the case may be, to a Third Party.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Country Risks means with respect to any Foreign Depository: (a) the financial infrastructure of the country in which it is organized, (b) such country’s prevailing custody and settlement practices, (c) nationalization, expropriation or other governmental actions, (d) such country’s regulation of the banking or securities industry, (e) currency controls, restrictions, devaluations or fluctuations, and (f) market conditions which affect the order execution of securities transactions or affect the value of securities.

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207. Federal Power Act:

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.
