Error definition

Error means any failure of the Software to operate in conformance with the Documentation in any material respect.
Error means a software defect in the Application Software, which consists of a nonconformity between the unmodified software and its applicable functional specifications, which for the Application Software are set forth in the Software Documentation.
Error means a material and continuing failure of the Software and Services to function in conformity with the Specifications.

  • In the event DI requests any data dumps, logs, or any other documentation from Customer to resolve a reported Software Error, such information shall be forwarded by overnight courier at Customer’s expense or through electronic means such as e-mail, remote access, or FTP.

More Definitions of Error

Error means an action or inaction taken by the flight crew which leads to deviations from organisational or flight intentions or expectations.
