Law 80 definition

Law 80 means Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública, the Borrower’s Public Procurement Law, dated October 28, 1993, and duly published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on October 28, 1993;
Law 80 means Law 80 of May 30, 1976, the Indemnity for Discharge Without Just Cause Act, 29 P.R.L.A. ss. 185, as may be amended from time to time, and any other substantially similar laws.
Law 80 means Law 80 of May 30, 1976 of Puerto Rico, as amended and in effect from time to time.
