Lawyer referral service means a lawyer referral program authorized by the State Bar of California pursuant to the rules of professional conduct.
Lawyer referral service means an individual, partnership, corporation, association, or any other entity, or a service or agency of an entity, which operates for the direct or indirect purpose of referring potential clients to lawyers, whether or not the termreferral service” is used. This definition shall not apply to those entities or persons exempted by Business & Professions Code §6155, subdivision (c) or (h)
