Lay Councillor definition

Lay Councillor means the same as defined in section 1(1) of the PGA [Definitions and interpretation].
Lay Councillor means a person who is appointed to the Council pursuant to section 10 of the Act;
Lay Councillor means an individual who is not a Registrant of BCIA and is appointed to Council pursuant to Section 27 of the PGA;

  • North American Numbering Council or "NANC" means the federal advisory committee chartered by the FCC to analyze, advise, and make recommendations on numbering issues.

  • Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
