  • During the first week of each of its fiscal quarters, BUYER shall provide to the SELLER a rolling forecast of LCD Assembly requirements for such quarter, which SELLER shall use for capacity planning purposes.

  • SELLER shall provide on an as requested basis to BUYER, cost data that provide visibility to cost reduction projects for the LCD Assembly.

  • If BUYER determines that SELLER’s Enhanced LCD Assembly is incompatible with BUYER’s products, BUYER may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days notice.
