LCD Assembly definition

LCD Assembly means the items listed and described within the purchase order that is issued to SELLER by BUYER, which are manufactured according to the specifications provided by BUYER

  • BUYER, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether the implementation by SELLER of new technologies or manufacturing processes render the LCD Assembly products incompatible with BUYER’s products incorporating the existing LCD Assembly products.
