Project Implementation Manual definition

Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Project Implementation Manual and “PIM” mean the Recipient’s Project Implementation Manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Any request for a modification of the Contract (except for the decommitment decision of the Managing Authority or legal succession of the Managing Authority) has to be justified and submitted by the Lead Partner to the Joint Secretariat in a written form, as regulated in the Project Implementation Manual.

More Definitions of Project Implementation Manual

Project Implementation Manual means the manual containing administrative, financial, accounting, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project;
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in paragraph 1 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in Part B.1 of Section I of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

Project Implementation Manual means the manual to be prepared and adopted in accordance with the provisions of Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the written approval of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to be adopted by the Recipient after the Effective Date of this Agreement, and as the same such manual may be amended from time to time.
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
