Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual to be prepared by the Recipient, setting out, inter alia, details of all procedures, guidelines, timetables and criteria required for the Project, including the procurement, financial, administrative, safeguard and operational arrangements relating to the carrying out of the Project, and incorporating relevant and applicable provisions of the Master Implementation Manual.
Project Implementation Manual and “PIM” mean the Recipient’s Project Implementation Manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The Recipient, through the Ministry of Environment, shall, not later than November 30 of each calendar year (commencing on 2024), prepare and furnish to the Association, an annual work plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, informed by the Project Implementation Manual and containing activities proposed for implementation under the Project and milestones to be achieved during the following calendar year, together with a proposed budget for the purpose.
This Agreement shall not become effective until evidence satisfactory to the Bank has been furnished to the Bank that the Recipient has prepared and adopted, a Project Implementation Manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
More Definitions of Project Implementation Manual
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement containing, inter alia, work programs, training programs, monitoring and performance indicators and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, in consultation with, and with the approval of, the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual;
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in paragraph 1 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through FIRCA on March 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; and (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section I.C.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such Manual.
