Any request for a modification of the Contract (except for the decommitment decision of the Managing Authority or legal succession of the Managing Authority) has to be justified and submitted by the Lead Partner to the Joint Secretariat in a written form, as regulated in the Project Implementation Manual.
Lead Partners / Partners shall also follow all procurement rules defined in detail in the Project Implementation Manual, in the Eligibility of expenditures and in the manuals relating to national level procedures.
