Lead Directors definition

Lead Directors means the LC Director, Hillhouse Director, Tiger Director, WP Director, Baidu Director, JC Director and TPG Director.
Lead Directors means the Series B Director, the F2 Director and the OIF Director.

  • At the start of the board term, outgoing Lead Directors shall be paid for a maximum of 35 hours to provide on-the-job training to incoming Lead Directors.

  • Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • External Directors means directors appointed and serving in accordance with Sections 239 through 249 of the Companies Law.

  • Board Chair means the chair of the Board;

  • Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.

  • Vice-Chairperson means the Vice-Chairperson of the Board.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Investor Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Directors means the directors for the time being of the Company.
