High school means grades 9 through 12.
special school means a school classified as a special school under the Education Act 1964.
Public school means any institution or activity operated by

University means the university of Montana-Missoula.
primary school means a school classified as a primary school or an intermediate school under the Education and Training Act 2020.

PTC means the tax credit for electricity produced from certain renewable generation resources described in Section 45 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.
scientific research means any activity in the field of natural or applied science for the extension of knowledge;
BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.
At school means in a classroom, elsewhere on school premises, on a school bus or other school- related vehicle, or at a school-sponsored activity or event whether or not it is held on school premises. "At school" includes conduct using a telecommunications access device or telecommunications service provider that occurs on or off school premises if the telecommunications access device or the telecommunications service provider is owned by or under the control of the school.
Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).
Approved school means a school approved and authorized

Principal Investigator means the Personnel who is identified as principally responsible for the performance and supervision of research associated with a Contract.

PHS means the U.S. Public Health Service, an operating component of the DHHS.
Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Siemens means Siemens AG (Germany) and its Affiliates.
