Leasable Space definition

Leasable Space means the ground floor areas of the Building identified as "Leasable Space" on the Project Plans.
Leasable Space means leasable floor space in Improvements owned by Borrower.
Leasable Space. When used with respect to the Premises means Landlord’s best estimate of the number of square feet for use by the Tenant is 28,000 square feet. Tenant acknowledges such is not a warranty by Landlord and that Tenant has examined the Premises and accepts such is their “AS IS” condition and configuration.

Examples of Leasable Space in a sentence

  • So long as the Leasable Space is leased and operated by a third party not related to Developer or the Hotel operator, the workers in the Leasable Space shall not be governed by the Living Wage provisions specified this subsection (l).

  • The Developer and/or Hotel operator, and all tenants of the Leasable Space, shall actively participate in the on-going activities of any such TMA.

  • Developer shall require in any leases it executes as landlord (or management, operating or similar agreement) that the Hotel and any Restaurant or Leasable Space operators must implement the TDM Plan with respect to the areas of the Property leased by Developer to the Hotel and any Restaurant or Leasable Space operators, including the annual survey described in Section 2.7.2(b)(i) above and the requirement to participate in the TMA in Section 2.7.2(b)(ii)(2.7.2.1) above..

More Definitions of Leasable Space

Leasable Space as used in this Lease means space that is located, configured and sized in such a manner that, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, such space has appropriate access to entrances and restroom facilities, is useable for general office purposes and is marketable to a general office user.
Leasable Space means leasable floor space in Improvements owned by Borrower. “Lender” has the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.
Leasable Space means all interior space that is or is reasonable capable of being leased on said real estate.
Leasable Space means the space in the Building that is actually leased to tenants (including without limitation, Tenant), or that is available or intended for lease to tenants, including the Premises and the management and/or leasing office(s) for the Project.

Related to Leasable Space

  • Usable space means the total distance between the top of a utility pole and the lowest possible attachment point that provides the minimum allowable grade clearance and includes the space which separates telecommunication and power lines.

  • Habitable space means space in a building used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking. Habitable space does not include a heater or utility room, a crawl space, a basement, an attic, a garage, an open porch, a balcony, a terrace, a court, a deck, a bathroom, a toilet room, a closet, a hallway, a storage space, and other similar spaces not used for living, sleeping, eating, or cooking.

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
