From and after the Suite 217B Premises Commencement Date, the term “Premises” as used in the Amended Lease shall be deemed to include the Suite 217B Premises and, therefore, the total Rentable Area of Premises (as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Original lease shall be fourteen thousand one hundred thirty (14,130) square feet of Rentable Area.
Effective as of the October 21, 2009 (the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), the Rentable Area of the Premises (as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease) is hereby increased by one thousand one hundred forty-one (1,141) rentable square feet, resulting in a new total Rentable Area of Premises of ten thousand four hundred three (10,403) rentable square feet.
