Leased Facilities definition

Leased Facilities means any land, building or equipment or other capital asset that has been leased by or to a district.
Leased Facilities means, collectively, the Leased Land and any buildings and improvements now or hereafter located thereon.
Leased Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(a) hereof.
