The Tenant, upon the written authorization of the DSHS Leased Facilities team, shall have the right during the existence of this Residential Rental Agreement, only with the prior express written permission of the Landlord (such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld), to make alterations, attach fixtures, and erect additions, structures or signs (collectively “improvements” or individually “improvement”) in or upon the premises hereby leased.
In order to provide for the financing of the Project, the Purchaser has agreed with the Authority to purchase the Bonds, and the Authority has agreed to lease the Leased Facilities to the Institution.
During the term of this Lease Agreement as described in Section 2.01, SBBC shall provide water, electrical, telephone outlet, general lighting, air conditioning and heating by means of appliances and fixtures installed for ordinary purposes to service the Leased Facilities.
