Common Areas and Facilities definition

Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
Common Areas and Facilities. , in relation to a building, means all parts of the building or the land on which it is located and all easements, rights an appurtenances belonging to the land or the building, which are neither in the exclusive possession of an apartment owner in terms of this conveyance deed of apartment, nor are handed over or intended to be handed over to the local authority or other public service agency and shall include the limited common areas and facilities;
Common Areas and Facilities means (as the context may require) all or any of (i) the Estate Common Areas and Facilities; (ii) the Residential Blocks Common Areas and Facilities and (iii) all those parts and such of the facilities of the Estate designated as common areas and facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Deed or Sub-Deed (if any), each of which Common Areas and Facilities shall, where applicable, include those appropriate and relevant common parts specified in Schedule 1 to the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);

Examples of Common Areas and Facilities in a sentence

  • In the event that all or part of the Parking Areas are available to the tenants of the Building as part of the Common Areas and Facilities then, the Tenant, its employees and invitees shall, in addition to the Parking Spaces as set out further in Section 5.22 herein, be entitled to use the Parking Areas, or any portion thereof, in common with the other tenants of the Building and others entitled to the use thereof.

  • In consideration of the rents reserved and the covenants and agreements herein contained to be paid, observed and performed by the Tenant, the Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant the Premises for the Term, together with the non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas and Facilities and any Parking Areas together with all others entitled thereto.

  • Maintenance of the exterior of the Building, the landscaped grounds of the Lands, the Parking Areas and walkways of the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities of the Building in good repair and first-class condition and the prompt removal of snow and ice.

  • For clarity, the Tenant shall not place additional locks, or other device or systems which would restrict the Landlord or other tenants’ access to the Common Areas and Facilities and/or any portion of the Building outside of the Premises without the prior consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Tenant shall not restrict the Landlord and/or other tenants’ access to the Common Areas and Facilities and/or any portion of the Building outside of the Premises.


More Definitions of Common Areas and Facilities

Common Areas and Facilities means such common areas and facilities within the Said Building/Said Complex earmarked for common use of all the applicant (s) and mentioned in Part A, Part B and Part C of annexure- IV of the Application.
Common Areas and Facilities means any areas, facilities, utilities, improvements, equipment and installations designated for common or shared use in the Building or on the Lands;
Common Areas and Facilities means those areas and facilities of the Lands and/or the Building that are designated by the Landlord as common areas and facilities, which designation may be changed by the Landlord from time to time, including but not limited to the electrical, mechanical, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, plumbing and drainage systems, the roof, exterior walls and entrances, canopies, elevator, lighting, fire prevention, security and installations and any enclosures therefor;
Common Areas and Facilities is defined as (i) the common stairways and access ways, lobbies, hallways, entrances, stairs, elevators and any passageways thereto, other areas or facilities within the Building for the general use, convenience and benefit of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Building and the common pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, telephone and electrical closets (except on floors leased entirely by Tenant), and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises; (ii) the common exterior walkways located on the Property and associated with the Building, and (iii) any other common areas and facilities from time to time designated as such by Landlord (provided that no areas initially designated as part of the Premises on Exhibit 1.06 may be designated as a common area).
Common Areas and Facilities means all areas and facilities of the Immovable which are not intended for the exclusive benefit of any lessee in particular, as determined by the Lessor from time to time;
Common Areas and Facilities refers to all on- and off-site areas and related facilities which are made available or used from time to time for the general use, convenience and benefit of Landlord and other persons entitled to occupy space in the Building, including their employees, invitees, licensees and guests, which areas shall include, but not be limited to, the "Building Common Areas" and the "Project
