Leasing agency definition

Leasing agency means a department, commission, board, council, agency, institution, officer, corporation, fund, division, office, committee, authority, laboratory, library, unit, bureau, panel, or other administrative unit of the state.
Leasing agency means the state or county agency who is the lessee of a leased space.

  • Licensing agency means the Rhode Island Department of Health.

  • Purchasing agency means any governmental body other than the chief procurement officers authorized by this code or by way of delegation from the chief procurement officers to enter into contracts.

  • Procuring Agency means all State of New Mexico agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions and local public bodies allowed by law to entertain procurements.
