ABAG and MTC will cooperate and coordinate their discussions with SEIU Local 1021 and CalPERS to facilitate the transition of ABAG Legacy Employees from ABAG employment to MTC employment.
This section 2.B.2.i. is intended to supersede any contrary Local Agreement provisions, with the exception of No. 4., Previously Legacy Employees, as discussed above.
