Legacy Mezzanine definition

Legacy Mezzanine shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Legacy Mezzanine means Xxxxxx Yards Mezzanine LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, a direct subsidiary of the Building C JV and the sole member of Legacy Tenant.
