Real Estate-Related Assets definition

Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.
Real Estate-Related Assets means listed or unlisted debt securities and listed shares of or issued by property corporations, mortgage-backed securities, other property funds, and assets incidental to the ownership of real estate (e.g. furniture).
