Forms or "form" means both paper forms and forms completed electronically.
Foreign insurer means an insurer domiciled outside of this state, including an alien insurer.
General Affirmations means the statements in Attachment C, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, that Developer agrees to and affirms by executing this Contract.
Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.
Dental Insurance The District shall contribute $175.00 annually toward the cost of dental insurance whether for single or family coverage for full status employees who qualify for and enroll in the plan. The cost of the premium not contributed by the District for family coverage shall be borne by the employee through payroll deduction. This coverage shall continue for the duration of this contract.
insurance intermediary means any natural or legal person, other than an insurance or reinsurance undertaking or their employees and other than an ancillary insurance intermediary, who, for remuneration, takes up or pursues the activity of insurance distribution;
Section 338 Forms means all returns, documents, statements, and other forms that are required to be submitted to any federal, state, local or foreign Taxing authority in connection with a Section 338(h)(10) Election, including, without limitation, any "statement of Section 338 Election" and IRS Form 8023 (together with any schedules or attachments thereto) that are required pursuant to Treasury regulations.
Other Insurance means insurance available to any covered person that covers a loss to which this policy applies, other than either primary insurance or insurance specifically purchased by you to be excess of the insurance afforded by this policy.
Comprehensive agreement means the comprehensive agreement between the private entity and the responsible public entity that is required prior to the development or operation of a qualifying project.
General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:
General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;
Travel Insurance means coverage for personal risks incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:
General Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage and/or Advertising Injury caused by or arising out of an Occurrence happening in connection with the Business other than Products Liability.
general insurance business means any class of insurance business other than long-term insurance business;
Indorsement has the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(11) of the UCC, and “Indorsed” has a corresponding meaning.
Insurance means (i) all insurance policies covering any or all of the Collateral (regardless of whether the Collateral Agent is the loss payee thereof) and (ii) any key man life insurance policies.
Guaranteed automobile protection insurance means insurance offered in
Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
Medical malpractice insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice and provision of a medical service other than the practice and provision of a dental service.
Licensure by endorsement means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice as a barber to an applicant who is or has been licensed in another state.
General Agreement means the Government Officers Salaries, Allowances and Conditions General Agreement PSA AG 25 of 2002 or its replacement or the Public Service General Agreement PSA AG 24 of 2002 or its replacement whichever is applicable.
obligatory insurances means, in relation to a Ship, all insurances effected, or which the Borrower owning that Ship is obliged to effect, under Clause 13 or any other provision of this Agreement or another Finance Document;
' Compensation Insurance With respect to all operations performed, the Party shall carry workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont. Vermont will accept an out-of-state employer's workers’ compensation coverage while operating in Vermont provided that the insurance carrier is licensed to write insurance in Vermont and an amendatory endorsement is added to the policy adding Vermont for coverage purposes. Otherwise, the party shall secure a Vermont workers’ compensation policy, if necessary to comply with Vermont law.
Practice of architecture means professional services, such as consultation, investigation, evaluation, planning, design, or review of material and completed phases of work in construction, alteration, or repair in connection with a public or private structure, building, equipment, works, or project if the professional service requires the application of a principle of architecture or architectural design.
Accident and health insurance means contracts that incorporate morbidity risk and provide protection against economic loss resulting from accident, sickness, or medical conditions and as may be specified in the valuation manual.
Legal Liability means responsibility which courts recognize and enforce between persons who sue one another.
