Legal Identity definition

Legal Identity means corporate names, assumed names, fictitious names, d/b/a’s, or other legal identities.
Legal Identity means that the persons who sign on behalf of the organisation are completely personally responsible and liable for all the commitments undertaken. The organisation exists and operates through those running it. It tends to be simpler to run, and less costly to manage.
Legal Identity means the First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address and other Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) as applicable that constitutes the bundle of attributes representing a unique American citizen or individual who is eligible to access information, benefits and services from government agencies.

  • In the event either Party is unable to cause the change of the Legal Identity of such Party (or any of its Affiliates) as required by this Section 2.01(d)(iii) prior to the expiration of the Legal Identity Transition Period, even after having used reasonable best efforts to effect such change of Legal Identity, such Party may request, and the other Party shall consider in good faith whether to grant, any additional extension period.
