Legislative or administrative interest means an economic interest, distinct from that of the general public, in:
Derivative Interest means any derivative securities (as defined under Rule 16a-1 under the Exchange Act) that increase in value as the value of the underlying equity increases, including, but not limited to, a long convertible security, a long call option and a short put option position, in each case, regardless of whether (i) such interest conveys any voting rights in such security, (ii) such interest is required to be, or is capable of being, settled through delivery of such security or (iii) transactions hedging the economic effect of such interest.
Legislative action means the development, drafting, introduction, consideration, modification, adoption, rejection, review, enactment or defeat of any bill, resolution, amendment, report, nomination, proposed administrative rule or other matter by the legislature or by either house or any committee, subcom- mittee, joint or select committee thereof, or by a legislator or employee of the legislature acting in an official capacity. “Legis- lative action” also means the action of the governor in approving or vetoing any bill or portion thereof, and the action of the gover- nor or any agency in the development of a proposal for introduc- tion in the legislature.
Legislative Assembly means Legislative Assembly of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir;
Legislative office means the office of state senator, state representative, speaker
Economic Interest means a Person’s right to share in the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, or similar items of the Company, and to receive Distributions from the Company, but excluding any other rights of a Member, including the right to vote or to participate in management, or, except as may be provided in the Act, any right to information concerning the business and affairs of the Company.
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). Income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive all or part of net income, whether the terms of the trust require it to be distributed or authorize it to be distributed in the trustee's discretion.
Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
Mandatory income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive net income that the terms of the trust require the fiduciary to distribute.
Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;
Legislative body means the municipal council.
Prospective International Interest means an interest that is intended to be created or provided for in an object as an international interest in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event (which may include the debtor’s acquisition of an interest in the object), whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain;
Base Interest means the interest that would otherwise accrue on the Securities under the terms thereof and the Indenture, without giving effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
Member Interest means an equity interest of a Member in the Company and includes any and all benefits to which such Member is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Member pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
previous planning legislation means any planning legislation that is repealed by the Act or the provincial legislation;
Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.
Criminal street gang associate or member means any person
Principal Regulations means the Public Health (COVID-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) Regulations, 2020 (published in Statutory Instrument 77 of 2020);
Appropriate State Legislation means the State Employment and Skills Development Authority Act 1990.
Area Median Income means the most recent applicable county median family income published by the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
Legislative authority means, with respect to a regional transit authority, the board of trustees thereof, and with respect to a county that is a transit authority, the board of county commissioners.
Proportionate Interest has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d);
Class A Membership Interest means a Class A Membership Interest in Holdings.
Periodic Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the periodic interest for such Payment Date as specified in the Series Supplement.
Simple interest means interest computed on the principal balance outstanding
