Lender Payment Account definition

Lender Payment Account means account no. 50000 00000000 of Lender at Wachovia Bank, National Association or such other account of Lender as Lender may from time to time designate to Borrower Agent as the Lender Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
