Lending Program Securities means mortgage-backed securities or bonds issued by any Mortgage Banking Subsidiary supported by commercial or multi - family residential mortgage loans originated by a Mortgage Banking Subsidiary and guaranteed by the Government National Mortgage Association, Federal Housing Administration or any other governmental or quasi-governmental agency or enterprise or government-sponsored entity, the proceeds of which securities or bonds are applied by any Mortgage Banking Subsidiary to refinance indebtedness under a Mortgage Warehousing Facility.

  • Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency.   • CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;

  • Agency Securities means negotiable debt obligations which are fully guaranteed as to both principal and interest by the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Government National Mortgage Association or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, but excluding (i) interest only and principal only securities and (ii) Collateralized Mortgage Obligations, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and similar derivative securities.

  • Dealer Manager Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Individual Securities shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01(p).

  • Mortgage-backed Securities means securities that are secured or otherwise backed by Mortgage Loans.

  • Pro Rata and Pari Passu Basis means with respect to the Notes and the Note Holders, the allocation of any particular payment, collection, cost, expense, liability or other amount between such Notes or such Note Holders, as the case may be, without any priority of any such Note or any such Note Holder over another such Note or Note Holder, as the case may be, and in any event such that each Note or Note Holder, as the case may be, is allocated its respective Percentage Interest of such particular payment, collection, cost, expense, liability or other amount.

  • Real Estate-Related Securities shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
