Sponsored Entity definition

Sponsored Entity means an entity sponsored by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, a Delaware corporation, that is (i) a REIT which is a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, that will not impair the Company’s ability to satisfy the “five or fewer” rule under Sections 856 and 542(a)(2) of the Code or (ii) reasonably approved by the holders of Series A Preferred Stock.
Sponsored Entity means a person registered as a sponsored entity pursuant to Section 11.
Sponsored Entity means any entity where WIGI or an affiliate thereof has an administrative, management or management development role, either under a contract or by virtue of ownership, and which entity receives funding with funds from a Loan, for general corporate purposes and includes any Sponsored Entities which come into existence after the date hereof;
