Lessee Documents definition

Lessee Documents. Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Participation Agreement, the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Purchase Agreement (insofar as it relates to the Aircraft), the FAA Xxxx of Sale, the Xxxx of Sale, the Purchase Agreement Assignment, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the Tax Indemnity Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee is a ---------------- party.

Examples of Lessee Documents in a sentence

• No statement of fact made by Operating Lessee in the Operating Lessee Documents contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state any material fact necessary to make statements contained herein or therein not misleading in any material respect.

• This Lease, together with the other Lessee Documents, as defined in the Contract of Acquisition, the Exhibits hereto and thereto and such other documents as are contemplated hereunder or thereunder, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be changed or modified except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties.

• It has the power to enter into and perform, and has (or prior to execution will have) taken all necessary action to authorise the entry into and performance of the Head Lessee Documents, its obligations under the Head Lessee Documents and the transactions contemplated by the Head Lessee Documents.

• The Head Lessee shall ensure that its payment obligations under the Head Lessee Documents are, or will upon execution by the Head Lessee be direct, general and unconditional obligations of the Head Lessee and rank and will at all times rank at least pari passu with all its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness (save for obligations which are mandatorily preferred by operation of law applying to companies generally in its jurisdiction of incorporation).

Lessee Documents means this Lease, the Lease Supplement, the USMS Agreement, the Maintenance Agreement, any acknowledgment of the Security Documents, the Other Lease Documents and all notices, consents, certificates, confirmations and other documents from time to time issued or entered into by Lessee pursuant to or in connection with any thereof.

Lessee Documents means (x) the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee ---------------- is a party and (y) the Pass-Through Trust Agreements.

Lessee Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(f) of this Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Transaction Documents to which the Lessee is or will be a party;

Lessee Documents means this Agreement, the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, the Warranties Assignment, any other agreement executed by the Lessee in connection with obligations owed to the Lessor under this Agreement and all notices, consents, certificates and other documents and agreements to which the Lessee is a party to be issued pursuant to the foregoing;

Lessee Documents means this Lease and the Direct Payment Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Engine, the acceptance certificate covering the Engine in the form agreed to by Lessor and Lessee (herein called the “Lease Acceptance Certificate”) and the Airline Services Agreement.
