Lessees mean, collectively, the Persons listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Lessees in case more than one person constitutes either party to this lease; and all the covenants and agreements contained shall be binding upon, and inure to, their respective successors, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and may be exercised by his or their attorney or agent.
