Tenants definition

Tenants means the tenants under the Leases.

Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants.

Tenants or “lessee” shall mean “tenant, subtenant, lessee, and sublessee”; (l) the term “owned” shall mean “now owned or later acquired”; (m) the terms “any” and “all” shall mean “any or all”; and (n) the term “on demand” or “upon demand” shall mean “within five (5) business days after written notice”.

• Borrower is responsible for all management functions with respect to the Residence, including without limitation the selection of Tenants, certification and recertification of household size and income, evictions, collection of rents and deposits, maintenance, landscaping, routine and extraordinary repairs, replacement of capital items, and security.

• Borrower shall maintain complete, accurate and current records pertaining to the Residence, and shall permit any duly authorized representative of the County to inspect records, including records pertaining to income and household size of Tenants.

More Definitions of Tenants

Tenants organization’’ means a bona fide organization of tenants who represent a majority of the occupied rental units in a rental housing project.
