Tenants definition

Tenants means the tenants under the Leases.
Tenants means all persons or entities leasing, renting or occupying space within the Improvements pursuant to the Tenant Leases, but expressly excludes any subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, franchisees or other persons or entities whose occupancy is derived through Tenants.
Tenants means the tenants or users of all or any portion of the Property claiming rights pursuant to Leases.

  • Landlord shall be listed as an additional insured on Tenant's policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance, and Tenant shall provide Landlord with current Certificates of Insurance evidencing Tenant's compliance with this Paragraph.

Tenants means tenants, concessionaires, licensees and/or occupants under the Leases.
