Lessor Rate is defined in the Lessor Side Letter.

Lessor Rate means, with respect to any Leased Asset, the rate designated as such in the Lease Supplement for such Leased Asset.

More Definitions of Lessor Rate

Lessor Rate means the Eurodollar Rate or the Base Rate, as the case may be, PLUS the Applicable Margin, PLUS 0.75%.
Lessor Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, the Eurodollar Rate plus the Lessor Applicable Margin and, to the extent that the Eurodollar Rate is unavailable for any reason during such Interest Period, the Alternate Base Rate plus the Lessor Applicable Margin.

  • Lease Rate means for each 20[__]-[__] Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.

  • Rental Rate means the average annualized composite rate for United States treasury bonds issued for periods of ten years and longer plus two percent. The rental rate shall not exceed ten and three-quarters percent nor fall below eight and one-quarter percent.

  • Successor Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

  • Occupancy Rate means, with respect to a Property at any time, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (a) the number of units in the case of an multifamily Property or square feet in the case of any other Property leased to tenants that are not affiliated with the Borrower pursuant to binding leases to (b) the aggregate number of units or square feet, as applicable, of such Property.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.

  • Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.

  • Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, or any successor thereto.

  • Fallback Rate means, where a Permanent Discontinuation Trigger for an Applicable Benchmark Rate has occurred, the rate that applies to replace that Applicable Benchmark Rate in accordance with Condition 5.3(b)(i)(B);

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Mortgage Rate thereunder.

  • Adjusted Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Mortgage Rate The annual rate of interest borne by a Mortgage Note from time to time.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.
