Letter of Credit Documentation definition

Letter of Credit Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(a).

Letter of Credit Documentation. Any applications, reimbursement agreements, security agreements, certificates, resolutions and/or other documentation as executed and delivered in connection with the issuance of any Letter of Credit, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

More Definitions of Letter of Credit Documentation

Letter of Credit Documentation means the documentation substantially in the form set forth in Schedule K;
Letter of Credit Documentation means, with respect to a letter of credit, the application therefor and the reimbursement agreement therefor (whether in a single or several documents, taken together) entered into by any Borrower and the issuer or such letter of credit, with such modifications thereto as may be agreed upon by the parties thereto with the consent of the Administrative Agent.
Letter of Credit Documentation means all documentation from time to time in effect relating to or evidencing the Letters of Credit or reimbursement obligations with respect thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

Related to Letter of Credit Documentation

  • Letter of Credit Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • Letter of Credit Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the applicable L/C Issuer.
