Leveraged Funding definition

Leveraged Funding has the meaning given to it in item 4.1 of Schedule 4.
Leveraged Funding means the amounts specified in Schedule 4 that are to be procured and applied by the Recipient, in addition to the Funding, for the purposes of undertaking the Feasibility Study.

Examples of Leveraged Funding in a sentence

  • The Recipient must hold the Funding and the monetary Leveraged Funding in a bank account with an authorised deposit-taking institution authorised under the Banking Act 1959 (Cth) to carry on banking business in Australia: in the Recipient's name; and over which the Recipient has sole control.

  • The Recipient must use the Leveraged Funding to carry out the Feasibility Study in accordance with this Agreement and for no other purpose.

  • Leveraged Funding must remain available to the Recipient at all times during the Term apart from the amounts of the Leveraged Funding which are expended by the Recipient in performing the Feasibility Study in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Leveraged Funding

  • Funding means the amounts of money provided by the LHIN to the HSP in each Funding Year of this Agreement;

  • Simplified acquisition threshold means the dollar amount below which a district may purchase property or services using small pur- chase methods. Districts adopt small purchase procedures in order to expedite the purchase of items at or below the simplified acquisi- tion threshold. The simplified acquisition threshold for procurement activities administered under federal awards is set by the FAR at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below]. The district is responsi- ble for determining an appropriate simplified acquisition threshold based on internal controls, an evaluation of risk, and its docu- mented procurement procedures. However, in no circumstances can this threshold exceed the dollar value established in the FAR

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8.2. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Equity Contribution has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any holder of any Note, any fund or entity that (a) invests in Securities or bank loans, and (b) is advised or managed by such holder, the same investment advisor as such holder or by an affiliate of such holder or such investment advisor.

  • Developed with mixed funding means development was accomplished partially with costs charged to indirect cost pools and/or costs not allocated to a government contract, and partially with costs charged directly to a government contract.

  • Initial Funding Date means the Funding Date on which the first Loan is made pursuant to this Agreement, as specified in the Initial Borrower Funding Request.

  • Consolidated Fund means the Consolidated Fund established by this Constitution;

  • Leverage means the aggregate amount of indebtedness of the Company for money borrowed (including purchase money mortgage loans) outstanding at any time, both secured and unsecured.

  • CLO shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.
