Licence Terms definition

Licence Terms. Each licence is granted on the basis that: (a) it is not transferable, not sub-licensable and non-exclusive; (b) the beneficiary of the licence shall not, in relation to the relevant material, copy, modify, reverse engineer, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble or correct errors, save to the extent that it cannot be prevented under Applicable Law; and (c) each licence starts as necessary for the performance or receipt of the Services and ends when the applicable Service ends.
Licence Terms. Means those terms set out at Schedule 7 of this Call Off Agreement.
Licence Terms means the Esri UK Licence Terms and the Third Party Licence Terms.

Examples of Licence Terms in a sentence

  • The intended introduction of Intellectual Property (including, but not limited to Software) under Controlled Licence Terms in the Project requires the approval of the General Assembly to implement such introduction into the Consortium Plan.

  • If a Responsible Entity is in breach of the Licence Agreement, including by missing a report due date, the Department may suspend or terminate the Licence Agreement (including the Responsible Entity’s and any Affiliate Entities’ licences to use the CTM in relation to particular Items) under clause 12.2.a.i of the Licence Terms and Conditions.

  • We may charge you for our administration costs and any costs we incur where we are required to raise with you any breach of these Licence Terms (including but not limited to late payment).

Licence Terms means all terms and conditions under which an Assessor is permitted to use the Marks and includes these Rules (as amended from time to time) and any special conditions, qualifications or restrictions set out in the Certificate;
Licence Terms means licensing conditions and restrictions of the Software manufacturer, supplier or Licensor, the details of which shall be made available on request; Licensor means the licensors of Software (including Third Party Software) to HBT for the provision of the Services under this Contract; Order means an order placed by the Customer with HBT for the provision of Services; Order Form means the application form containing the details of an order for Services placed by the Customer; Personal Data shall have the meaning given to that term in the UK GDPR; HBT Equipment means any hardware, peripherals and/or other equipment supplied to the Customer by HBT for use in respect of the Services; Service Failures means any failure, error or defect in the provision of the Services arising from, caused by or contributed to by the acts or omissions of the Customer or third parties including other providers of telecommunications, computers or other equipment or services including internet services; or any failure, error or defect arising as a result of causes beyond the reasonable control of HBT; Services means any and all of the services that HBT has agreed to supply to the Customer, as set out in the Order Form; Software means machine-readable instructions and data (and copies thereof) including middleware and firmware and related updates and upgrades, licensed materials, user documentation, user manuals, and operating procedures used or required to be used in the provision of or for the Customer to access the Subsequent Renewal Period(s) means a period of twelve (12) months, commencing immediately upon expiry of the previous Initial Contract Period; Term means the Initial Contract Period and any Subsequent Renewal Period(s), as applicable; Third Party Service Provider means any provider of any Third Party Services, including the Licensors and the Hosting Service Provider; Third Party Services means any part of the Services which HBT procures from a third party, including any third party services, equipment and/or Third Party Software which HBT uses in order to provide the Services.
