Licence Agreement definition

Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;
Licence Agreement means the Licence and Maintenance Agreement under which the Software is licensed to the Customer.
Licence Agreement means this Software Licence Agreement.

Nominated Affiliate Entity means an entity nominated by a Responsible Entity under clause 9.5a of the Licence Terms and Conditions.
