  • In the event the PSL Agent notifies the Licensee that there is no Comparable Seat(s), then the Licensee shall have the right to terminate this License Agreement upon notice to the PSL Agent, in which event the PSL Agent shall, except as provided in and subject to Section 9 and Section 11 of this Exhibit C, within sixty (60) days following such notice of termination, refund to the Licensee the License Fee Refund Amount.
