License Sub definition

License Sub means each wholly-owned Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower which has no assets other than FCC Licenses.
License Sub means any special purpose Subsidiary of Borrower that holds FCC Licenses and “License Subs” means all such License Subs.
License Sub means a separate, special purpose Subsidiary formed and solely owned by an Obligor owning and operating a Broadcast System for the purpose of holding, as that Subsidiary's sole asset, the FCC License(s) in respect of such Broadcast System.
