Licensed loan officer means a loan officer who is licensed as a mortgage loan originator under the mortgage loan originator licensing act.
Licensing Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate Agreements and make related determination and findings.
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Catering Officer means a person who is responsible for catering services.
Chief Student Services Officer means the Administrative Officer at the College who has overall management responsibility for student services, or his/her designee.
Assessing Officer means an officer of a State Government or Board or licensee, as the case may be, designated as such by the State Government;
Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., USPSO) means the individual appointed by a United States District Court to provide pretrial release investigations, recommendations and supervision services for that court. “Pretrial Services Officer” refers to the individual responsible for the direct supervision of a client receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or treatment and/or mental health treatment services.
Master Servicing Officer Any officer of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and master servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Controlling Officer means an officer entrusted by a Department of the Central Government with the responsibility of controlling the incurring of expenditure and/or the collection of revenue. The term
Servicing Officer Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Supervising Officer means the supervising officer of the Ministry;
Monitoring Officer means the officer designated under Section 5(1) of the 1989 Act.
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Purchasing Officer means the director of the Purchasing Office and the principle recipient of procurement authority from the City Manager.
Hearing Officer means any individual or board charged with the duty of rendering decisions at any stage on grievances hereunder.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
forest officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is designated a forest officer under section 1503.29 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Liaison Officer means a local representative of the temporary workforce, duly appointed through the PSC processes, to act on behalf of the workers and through whom all matters pertaining to the temporary workforce can be channelled.
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Information Officer means the Person acting on behalf of the Company and discharging the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Head of the Private Body by the Act. The Information Officer is duly authorised to act as such and such authorisation has been confirmed in writing by the Head of the Private Body.
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Ordering Officer means any person within the Agency authorised to order particular Services under the Contract.
Review Officer means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by Access Persons. The term “Alternative Review Officer” means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by the Review Officer, and who shall act in all respects in the manner prescribed herein for the Review Officer. It is recognized that a different Review Officer and Alternative Review Officer may be designated with respect to each Adviser.
Screening Officer means a person appointed to that position under this bylaw.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the authorized representative of a Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his written authority.
