Licensed Servers definition

Licensed Servers. – means the servers identified in writing in your agreement with Monotype. Each Licensed Server shall be owned by you and shall remain under your sole care, custody and control during the term of this Extension or, if such Li- censed Server shall be hosted by an internet service provider (ISP) for your benefit, you shall be responsible for all content on the Licensed Server, as well as access to and security for such content. Each Licensed Server shall have the number of CPUs set forth in your agreement with Monotype and no more. During the term of this Extension, a Licensed Server may be replaced by a new Licensed Server, provided that the new Licensed Server shall have no more CPUs than the Licensed Server it is replacing.

• For every unique Customized Solution, Company must purchase the same Support Services Level for all Licensed Servers.

• For the avoidance of doubt, for a unique Customized Solution, Company may not (i) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes; or (ii) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and a Gold Support Services Level for a Licensed Server used for Non-Production Purposes.

• The maximum concurrent number of Designated Licensed Servers in use at any time is limited to the number of Network Licenses purchased.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and provided that Company has paid all applicable Fees, Provider grants Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license for an unlimited number of users, to use the Provider Technology (i) in accordance with the Documentation and the Licensed Purpose; and (ii) limited to the number of Licensed Servers.

• Customer may later reassign Licenses back to its Licensed Servers, provided Licenses remain assigned to Azure for a minimum of 90 days.

• Concurrent use on Azure Dedicated Host and Customer’s Licensed Servers is limited to the same 180 day migration period.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Company may not (i) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes.

More Definitions of Licensed Servers

Licensed Servers mean the number of computer server(s) for which CUSTOMER purchases a license to use the Software, as specified in the Order Form.

Licensed Servers are a specific number of servers on which Licensed Software may be installed and run as specified in the License & Service Package according to the Key Terms and Key Definitions.

Licensed Servers means Object Storage Servers (“OSS”), Metadata Servers (“MDS”), and/or any other type of server that Intel may designate from time to time. Object Storage Servers means computer servers used to store Lustre file information, and components of the Intel Software, and to communicate with storage products used to store the Lustre file system data. Metadata Servers means computer servers that store Lustre metadata for the file system.
