Licensed Servers definition

Licensed Servers. – means the servers identified in writing in your agreement with Monotype. Each Licensed Server shall be owned by you and shall remain under your sole care, custody and control during the term of this Extension or, if such Li- censed Server shall be hosted by an internet service provider (ISP) for your benefit, you shall be responsible for all content on the Licensed Server, as well as access to and security for such content. Each Licensed Server shall have the number of CPUs set forth in your agreement with Monotype and no more. During the term of this Extension, a Licensed Server may be replaced by a new Licensed Server, provided that the new Licensed Server shall have no more CPUs than the Licensed Server it is replacing.

Examples of Licensed Servers in a sentence

  • For every unique Customized Solution, Company must purchase the same Support Services Level for all Licensed Servers.

  • You may only install the Font Software on the Licensed Servers and Development Servers and not on any other computer or processing unit.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Company may not purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes.

  • Standard Licenses are deemed “assigned to Azure” when Customer uses Windows Server under the Azure Hybrid Benefit for Windows Server and may not be redeployed on Customer’s Licensed Servers for 90 days.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, for a unique Customized Solution, Company may not (i) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes; or (ii) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and a Gold Support Services Level for a Licensed Server used for Non-Production Purposes.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and provided that Company has paid all applicable Fees to Provider (or a Business Partner, if applicable), Provider grants Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license for an unlimited number of users, to use the Provider Technology (i) in accordance with the Documentation and the Licensed Purpose; and (ii) limited to the number of Licensed Servers.

  • Customers may use these updates on the Licensed Servers, subject to the SQL Server Enterprise Core and SQL Server Enterprise use rights, respectively.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and provided that Company has paid all applicable Fees, Provider grants Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license for an unlimited number of users, to use the Provider Technology (i) in accordance with the Documentation and the Licensed Purpose; and (ii) limited to the number of Licensed Servers.

  • Customer is eligible to receive and use updates related to government tax and regulatory requirements on Licensed Servers provided it has active SA or equivalent license for the Licensed Servers and CALs.

  • Concurrent use on Azure Dedicated Host and Customer’s Licensed Servers is limited to the same 180 day migration period.
