Licensee Fees definition

Licensee Fees means those fees applicable to the Primary Sales and Secondary Sales of NFTs in excess of the Primary Fees and Secondary Fees payable to Immutable.
Licensee Fees means the fees to be paid to TSN per License Unit, as reflected in the Proposal and/or any invoice or quote.

Related to Licensee Fees

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Licence Fees the fees to be paid by the Licensee to HKEX-IS pursuant to clause 5.2.

  • Royalties means all royalties, fees, expense reimbursement and other amounts payable by a Loan Party under a License.
