Examples of Licensee Losses in a sentence

  • As used in this Section, the term “Losses” means, as applicable, any and all Inhibrx Losses or Licensee Losses, and “Indemnitees” means, as applicable, any and all Inhibrx Indemnitees or Licensee Indemnitees.
