Licensor Party definition

Licensor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.4.
Licensor Party means one of the Parties, as the context requires, in its capacity as a grantor of Licensed Intellectual Property Rights to another Party pursuant to the terms hereof.
Licensor Party means a Party in its capacity as the licensor or grantor of any rights or licenses granted by it to the other Party pursuant to Section 8.10.

Licensor Party means the Parent Licensors or Company Licensor, as applicable, in its capacity as the licensor or grantor of any rights or licenses granted by it pursuant to Section 5.20.
