BRRD Party definition

BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

BRRD Party means any party to this Agreement subject to the Bail-in Legislation.

BRRD Party means an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) BRRD.

Examples of BRRD Party in a sentence

• Include “a BRRD Party (“ Relevant BRRD Party”) to the other BRRD Party” where the liabilities of both parties under the Agreement may be subject to bail-in under the BRRD.

• Include “[ BRRD Party] and [BRRD Party] (each a “BRRD Party”)” where the liabilities of both parties under the Agreement may be subject to bail-in under the BRRD.

• The acknowledgement set forth in the Sections titled “Contractual Acknowledgement of Bail-in” in Schedule 1 to each of the Agreement Among International Underwriters and the Agreement Among Hong Kong Underwriters shall apply to this Agreement and be deemed to be given by each Underwriter which is not a BRRD Party (as defined in that Section).

• Relevant BRRD Party means an entity that could become subject to a Bail-in Action (as defined in the Attachment).

• Accordingly, each party to this Agreement acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by: (A) the effect of the exercise of Bail-In Powers by the Relevant BRRD Resolution Authority in relation to any BRRD Liability of any BRRD Party to this Agreement.

More Definitions of BRRD Party

BRRD Party means any Agent subject to Bail-in Powers.

BRRD Party means any party hereto that is subject to Statutory Loss Absorption Powers;

BRRD Party means the party in respect of which the UK Bail-in Power has been exercised by the relevant resolution authority.

BRRD Party means The Bank of New York Xxxxxx XX/NV, Luxembourg Branch, solely and exclusively in its role as Senior Debt Security Registrar under the Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture. For the avoidance of doubt, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as Trustee and Paying Agent and in any other capacity under the Indenture or this Third Supplemental Indenture is not a BRRD Party under the Indenture or this Third Supplemental Indenture.

BRRD Party means any Arranger or Dealer subject to EU Bail-in Powers;
