  • On the first Business Day of each calendar week, MSCG shall provide PBF with a report indicating the volumes and grades of Light Finished Products and Specialty Grades estimated to be sold by MSCG under Sale Contracts with Customers during the following week (the “MSCG Weekly Supply Report”).

  • The Products sold and delivered to MSCG at the Refinery shall generally conform to the typical properties set forth for each grade of Light Finished Products or Slurry in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time.

  • PBF agrees to cooperate with MSCG to facilitate the sale by MSCG to MSCG’s Customers of Light Finished Products and Slurry under the terms of Sale Contracts entered into between MSCG and Customers from time to time.

  • DCRC agrees and acknowledges that MSCG may sell Light Finished Products to TPSI in order to effect sales of Products to Customers at the Refinery truck loading rack and that therefore all sales of Products to Customers at the rack may be sold first by MSCG to TPSI, and then sold by TPSI to the Customer in a back-to-back transaction as the Products are removed from the tank into the Customer’s truck at the rack.

Related to Light Finished Products

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Drug outlet means a pharmacy, nursing home, shelter home, convalescent home, extended care facility, drug abuse treatment center, penal institution, hospital, family planning clinic, student health center, retail store, wholesaler, manufacturer, mail-order vendor or other establishment with facilities located within or out of this state that is engaged in dispensing, delivery or distribution of drugs within this state.
