Product Specifications definition

Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

Product Specifications means those Manufacturing, performance, quality - control release, and Fill/Finish specifications for Drug Substance or Licensed Product in the Territory, which are initially as set forth in the applicable Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product, as such specifications may be amended from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Product Specifications means the quality and other specifications set forth on Appendix 2 to this Agreement.

• KYE shall be solely responsible to ensure that the agreed Product Specifications for the product packaging comply with all labelling, bar coding, serialization, regulatory, customs, or other requirements under the Applicable Laws in the Territory.

Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Exhibit 1.32, which specifications may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Product Specifications means the published description of product functionality available at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Product Specifications means the specifications for the Supplied Product contained in the applicable Regulatory Approval and any specifications mutually agreed to by the Parties established in connection with the Supplied Product and changes to such specifications made in accordance with the Quality Agreement. The Product Specifications include all tests that Baxter is required to conduct or cause to be conducted as specified in the Product Master Plan. The Product Specifications may be modified from time to time only by a written agreement of Celator and Baxter.

Product Specifications means the Chaparral Product Specifications for Liquid Hydrocarbon Products referenced in Item 5 of this tariff, as may be modified, changed, or replaced by Carrier from time to time.
