Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the unit to be established in accordance with Article 6.01 (b) of this Agreement and whose responsibilities are set out in Part A.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Local public procurement unit means a county, city, town, or other subdivision of the state or a public agency of any such subdivision; public authority; educational, health, or other institution; to the extent prov ided by law, any other entity that expends public funds for the procurement of suppl ies and services; and any non profit corporation operating a charitable hospital.
Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.
